Doug Evan's book is filled with such great information and education on the world's most nutrient living food----SEEDS! Easy access, very inexpensive, quick and easy to make and filled with loads of antioxidants, immune boosting elements, protein-- you name it! I buy (or used to buy) sprouts from the grocery store or Farmers market not knowing that I could make them myself, and how easy it was. I knew they were healthy....even healthier than their "parents"! Like a handful of broccoli sprouts has the same nutrition as many heads of broccoli!
