This book is literally chock-full of photos of all sorts of plating styles. The pictures are inspiring, colorful and lists underneath where/who submitted the ideas. Its mostly a good reference for thinking over how something should be presented or a good way present an appealing photo for a magazine or website shots of your food. Also a decent coffee table filler but it wont get you much further than that.-Alana
